Delivery

How long will my order take?
UK orders are dispatched quickly and typically arrive within 2–5 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is UK delivery really free?
Yes — free standard delivery on every order to UK mainland, with no minimum spend.

Do you ship internationally?
Most items ship worldwide at a flat rate shown at checkout. A few bulky items (such as electric bikes) are UK only for safety and shipping reasons.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Warranty

Are my items covered by a warranty?
Yes — all electrical products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay — securely at checkout.

Products

Are your electric bikes road-legal in the UK?
Our road models meet UK EAPC rules (250W motor, assistance up to 15.5 mph). Off-road models are sold for private land use only.
