Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, returning it is simple.

• 30-day returns: return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Condition: items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• Faulty items: if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
• Refunds: processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. To start a return, contact us.
